Kissing this character: Yeah, why not?
Flirting with this character: I'm okay with it!
Fighting with this character: Go for it!
Injuring this character: He can be injured, but he can regenerate afterwards, just so you know. I'm okay with this, though!
Killing this character: I'd prefer that you discuss this with me first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure, why not? It might result in a bit of a clash of the minds, so to speak, since he also can use telepathy.

Consider the rest of this a reverse permissions post, due to the nature of Peter's abilities.

Peter is what they refer to as an advanced human, and as such, he has a special ability. Think of him as an empath with the ability to absorb and reproduce the abilities of others who also have special abilities. At first, it seems as though the person with the ability has to be right next to him for him to use it, but over time, Peter learns that he can use those abilities by remembering the person who has them.

For example, Claire Bennet's ability is called rapid cellular regeneration. After he's learned more about his ability, just remembering Claire and how he feels about her is enough to enable him to regenerate as well.

However, with that being said, for purposes of in-game things, the level of control he has over his powers will be fairly rudimentary, and as such, they won't be very powerful, and sometimes, they won't manifest themselves at all.

The abilities that he's been shown as able to replicate are as follows: flight (from Nathan Petrelli), rapid cellular regeneration (from Claire Bennet), the ability to see the future both via dreams and via painting (from Angela Petrelli and Isaac Mendez, respectively), telekinesis (from Sylar), telepathy (from Matt Parkman), invisibility (from Claude Rains), and radiation manipulation (from Ted Sprague).

For purposes of RP, I don't plan on making use of his telepathy without discussing it with you first. If you'd rather not have your character be on the receiving end of these abilities, just let me know!
